As a Content Marketing Associate, you’ll help bring our content to life across our website, webinars, videos, and podcasts. You’ll keep high-visibility programs moving by managing workflows, logistics, and production steps—from intake through compliance review, production, and publication. This is a great role for someone who loves turning ideas into finished, audience-ready content and thrives in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.

Content Production & Workflow Management
Own end-to-end production workflows for podcasts, webinars/virtual events, social assets, and web content—from kickoff through launch and post-launch updates.
Run pre-launch quality checks (accuracy, links, formatting, disclosures/specs), coordinate final approvals, and manage post-launch follow-ups.
Log and track work in Monday.com, keeping projects moving smoothly through production and review.
Maintain the content calendar and day-to-day project tracking, surfacing dependencies and risks early.
Monitor basic performance and operational metrics, and coordinate updates/revisions as needed.
Podcasts
Drive podcast recording logistics: scheduling, guest/speaker coordination, recording, post-production, and compliance review.
Support basic audio production tasks as needed and coordinate vendor/internal editing support.
Manage publishing and partner with channel/creative teams on promotional assets and distribution.
Webinars
Produce webinars end-to-end across Zoom, ON24 and Goldcast—speaker coordination, dry runs, technical checks, day-of execution support, and post-event deliverables. This includes running a flagship webinar series as well as providing market reaction support.
Oversee post-event distribution (recording edits, captions/transcripts, key takeaways, short form cutdowns) in partnership with creative and channel teams.
Stakeholder Management & Continuous Improvement
Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend improvements (templates, intake forms, checklists, and clearer handoffs) to increase speed and quality.
Communicate with business and marketing partners to ensure we’re all on the same page for content projects.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
