We are looking for a B2B Content Marketing Manager to join our ZEOS Marketing & GTM team. We need a content orchestrator who enjoys high-level execution and the satisfaction of seeing a complex project through to the finish line.
You will be the primary driver of our content engine, responsible for turning our strategic narrative into high-impact assets across all our digital channels. Sitting at the heart of our production workflow, you will manage the lifecycle of our core multimedia projects, from coordinating video productions and editorial deep-dives to strategic social distribution. ZEOS is part of Zalando SE, leveraging the company’s infrastructure, technology, and expertise to build an operating system for fashion & lifestyle. Established in 2023, ZEOS is developing tools that allow brands and retailers to manage their multi-channel business in one place. Being a small unit within a big company enables us to act fast but with backup from one of the leading online platforms for fashion and lifestyle in Europe.
Multimedia production: Lead end-to-end project management for our flagship video series and high-stakes content projects. We want someone who takes pride in the "final polish" and ensures every deliverable is something we are proud to put our name on.
Strategic distribution: Drive the ZEOS blog and YouTube presence. You’ll manage the editorial calendar and keep our story resonating across every touchpoint.
Thought leadership: Flex your creative muscles by drafting compelling B2B copy. You’ll translate complex logistics and SaaS concepts into engaging narratives.
Performance reporting: Track how our content performs and provide data-driven insights to keep us ahead of the curve.
Content ecosystem: Lead the operational side of masterclasses and webinars, repurposing content across owned and partner channels.
The Content Professional: You have a solid background in B2B marketing, specifically in developing thought leadership and product-driven storytelling.
The Master Organiser: You’re the person everyone can rely on. You thrive when coordinating multiple stakeholders and you have a track record of hitting ambitious deadlines while keeping your cool.
The Articulate Communicator: You can take a technical, complex business concept and turn it into a story that people actually want to read. Your written and verbal English is exceptional.
The Accountable Partner: You are a self-starter who takes immense pride in your work. You have a sharp eye for detail and a proactive attitude.
The Strategic Executor: You’re comfortable with CMS platforms and social analytics to drive brand growth.
