An exciting opportunity currently exists for a Contact Centre Consultant to join the St Vincent’s Care Services Team, Bowen Hills on a permanent full-time basis and another opportunity for a 6 month fixed term contract with a review for permanency. This role will provide a friendly, customer focused service to people calling the pre-admission area and effectively complete the pre-admission process.

Things that work for us:
Broad based administrative experience with attention to detail
Ability to collect patient information and provide effective communications
Understanding of medical terminology
Call centre skills
Ability to prioritise and remain focused in a busy environment
Ability to maintain collaborative and effective relationships with multidisciplinary team members and customers in a dynamic environment
Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (within the last 6 months) or the willingness to obtain
NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role
