Our Phoenix Skilled Office is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team in a pediatric private duty role. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care- delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Meet Our Client: 

Our sweet 7-year-old pediatric client located in Glendale is looking for a compassionate and skilled nurse to provide overnight care in the comfort of his home. This is a rewarding one-on-one opportunity to make a meaningful difference while supporting a child who requires trach and ventilator care.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Overnight shifts available: Tuesday-Thursday, 10:00 PM–7:30 AM
  (Schedule flexibility may be available)
• Starting pay: $37–$39 per hour (client-specific)

What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits? 

• Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s) 
• Hands-on care with only one client per day 
• Building client relationships and watching their milestones 

What your day looks like at BAYADA:

Qualifications for a private duty RN: 

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma  
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona
• One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse
