Purpose of the Role
The Consumer Marketing Manager is responsible for owning and activating the consumer strategy for assigned brands, ensuring a deep understanding of patient and consumer needs and translating insights into impactful, compliant, and integrated marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Consumer Strategy & Insights
Act as the consumer strategy owner for assigned brands, grounded in a deep understanding of patient journeys, motivations, barriers, and tensions.
Lead and leverage qualitative and quantitative market research to generate actionable consumer insights.

Brand Activation & Execution
Develop, approve, and launch consumer-facing initiatives across multiple channels (digital, media, unbranded campaigns, PR, patient education).
Ensure messaging is motivating, empathetic, and compliant, activating consumers at key moments in their journey.
Partner with agencies and internal teams to execute high-quality tactics on time and on strategy.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Brand Management, Omnichannel, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, and Corporate Affairs to ensure aligned execution.
Ensure seamless integration between consumer, HCP, and omnichannel strategies.

Performance Measurement & Optimization
Define KPIs for consumer initiatives and monitor performance.
Analyze results to optimize campaigns and inform future strategy.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
Solid experience in consumer marketing, brand management, or patient activation, preferably in healthcare, pharma, or highly regulated industries.
Proven experience working with market research, consumer insights, and campaign activation.
Strong understanding of omnichannel and digital marketing environments.
Ability to work effectively in complex, cross-functional, and compliance-driven organizations.
