Pernod Ricard Spain is looking for a Consumer Insights Expert to join our Strategy & Insights team as a 6-month maternity leave cover (mid-April 2026 to mid-October 2026).
We are seeking a candidate with a solid background in consumer insights and a proven ability to design and execute market research that supports business strategy and informs marketing decision-making.
This role requires a self-starter, comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast-changing environment, with strong foundations in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies (traditional and innovative), excellent analytical capabilities, attention to detail, strong communication skills, business acumen and a service-oriented mindset.
The ideal candidate does not need to be highly senior, but should bring a solid mid-level understanding of consumer insights and, above all, the energy and attitude to support the team during a very busy period
