The Consumer & Customer Insight Intern supports QVC Italy (Finance & Analytics team) by assisting the Consumer & Customer Insight Specialist in identifying research needs, developing insight projects and analysing consumer and customer behaviour in the Italian market.
Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at QVC Italia, Brugherio (MB) several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).
This is a full-time internship (6 months).
What You'll Do
Reporting to the Consumer & Customer Insight Specialist you will:
Support the design and execution of ad hoc qualitative and quantitative consumer and customer research projects
Support qualitative analysis and text-based analysis of customer feedback and consumer behaviour
Assist in collecting, cleaning and analysing data from multiple sources
Monitor and select relevant industry and trend reports
Based on business and research needs, support deep-dive analyses of consumer trends and behaviours within specific industries or categories (Beauty & Wellbeing, Home, Fashion & Accessories)
Support the interpretation of quantitative data to identify trends, patterns and actionable insights
What You'll Bring
Recent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Sociology, Economics or related fields
Fluent in English
Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Office
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills
Plus: Knowledge of survey platforms such as Qualtrics; Familiarity with statistical analysis tools such as SPSS or SAS; Interest in or experience using AI tools to support research and analysis
