The GTM Care Pack team is looking for an experienced Category Manager to participate in the development of global go-to-market plans for consumer digital service offerings, define program metrics and goals, and establish tracking mechanisms. The role also coordinates with cross-functional teams and agencies in developing and executing product introduction plans. Additionally, the role contributes to customer segmentation strategies, performs marketing operations activities, and supports sales teams with training materials.

We are looking for an energetic individual who can collaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers, Global & Regional services teams, and internal and external support teams to deliver new services and optimize the current services portfolio.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate can apply advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert for go-to-market execution and 4P management. In addition, they will be able to:

  • Execute 4P activities, including CRM updates, portfolio management, pricing analysis, and collateral fulfillment.
  • Partner with Regional & Country Sales teams to align attach strategies, build pipeline, and accelerate Care Pack adoption.
  • Collaborate with PS Hardware Category teams to align service portfolio with hardware roadmaps and value propositions.
  • Contribute to GTM plan development and approval for Care Pack offerings in EMEA.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams and agencies on new service introductions.
  • Define program metrics and tracking mechanisms to monitor performance.
  • Conduct post‑program analysis and implement improvement actions.
  • Support customer segmentation and tailor Care Pack offerings by segment and route‑to‑market.
  • Assist Sales with training materials that improve product knowledge and selling effectiveness.
  • Lead complex projects, apply independent judgment, and resolve business issues.
  • Lead cross‑functional initiatives that enable continuous Care Pack business growth.

Education and Experience Required

  • Typically, 6+ years to establish a proven track record in service business management, portfolio management functions, marketing, or sales.
  • Highly motivated and creative team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
  • Self-starter who can manage through ambiguous situations.
  • Great attitude and willingness to learn and be challenged. 
  • Interested in learning new concepts and trends rapidly.
  • Team player with a positive work ethic and values diverse perspectives.
