About the Role

In this role, you will use your knowledge and experience related to leading teams in creating global Salesforce.com solutions, enterprise technical design, best practices and implementation of the Salesforce.com suite of products to enterprise clients. The candidate is expected to have core consulting skills combined with leading Salesforce.com technical competency and enterprise implementation experience with Salesforce.com tools, offerings and products.

Having strong Salesforce technical architects to lead and coach our engagement teams is critical to our success. That is why we’re aggressively seeking the very best and brightest Salesforce practitioners at PwC. You’ll work closely with, and be mentored by, some of the very best Salesforce consultants in the cloud ecosystem. They will share their knowledge and give you big challenges to explore and solve as you develop new skills and experience in a collaborative and fun environment. You will also mentor the next generation of Salesforce consultants, providing them with insights and challenging them to be better consultants.

What Will You Do

• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce security including programmatic sharing and how to use Salesforce Shield to maintain data compliance.

• Leading and working with and collecting requirements/feedback directly from stakeholders, integrating that into code while identifying areas of technical risk.

• Leading business development efforts, including fostering professional relationships in industry and preparing responses to requests for proposals as well as providing technical guidance to the pursuit team.

• Researching and evaluating emerging technologies and novel approaches in order to make recommendations to enhance business processes and/or create a competitive advantage.

• Providing design guidance that follows the enterprise architecture vision and adheres to applicable application technology guidelines.

• Oversee scoping, identification of project deliverables, and creation of project specific documentation such as functional specifications, technical specifications, etc.

• Coaching team members on Apex design patterns and object-oriented programming best practices.

What We Are Looking For

• Significant experience designing technical solutions that involve integrations with other platforms.

• Displaying Architectural domain knowledge including cloud application architecture and container-based deployment.

• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard.

• Knowledge of the advanced programmatic capabilities of the Lightning Platform and data modeling to develop complex business logic and interfaces.

• Experience leading a team to design, develop, test, and deploy programmatic solutions that are maintainable and reusable.

• Learning rapidly and continuously taking advantage of new technologies, concepts and business models; demonstrating a history of staying current in emerging technology trends.

• Significant experience in providing technical direction to Salesforce Technical Consultants in developing custom applications using Lightning Components, Salesforce Apex and Visualforce.

• One or more Salesforce certifications, including but not limited to: Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, and/or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II

• Additional certifications including Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and/or Salesforce Architecture certifications are a bonus.
