YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Extensive business experience within the banking & finance industry or in a consulting environment.​

• Significant experience leading project delivery, including across peers to achieve goals. ​

• Exposure to large scale project management/transformation​

• Track record of career progression​

• Complex problem framing and critical thinking. Work collaboratively across functions, assessing best practice (internal and external)​

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills ​

• Identify and deliver quick wins and strategic sustainable solutions​

• Adaptability, results-oriented and proactive in an evolving regulatory and risk environment.
