The anticipated salary range for this position is $95,000–$110,000. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, education, and location.

The Consultant, Sales Effectiveness, will play a key role in supporting commercial performance across the organization. This individual will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Management, and Category Management to develop data-driven insights, enhance sales execution, and support pricing strategies across multiple customer channels. The role requires strong analytical capability, commercial acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of pricing and sales effectiveness strategies across Direct Customers, GPOs, Distributors, and alternate channels.
  • Analyze customer, product, market, and channel data to identify trends, sales opportunities, and performance gaps.
  • Develop standardized reports, tools, and dashboards that improve visibility into pricing and sales performance.
  • Provide competitive intelligence and market insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Support creation and maintenance of pricing playbooks, discount structures, compliance frameworks, and related governance processes.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment of pricing, sales programs, and commercial execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in pricing, sales analytics, commercial strategy, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze large, complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency with analytical and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Vistex, PowerBI, Qlik Sense, Excel).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across a matrixed organization.
  • Proven ability to drive change through data, insights, and structured problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in medical products, medical devices, or related healthcare industries.
  • Knowledge of medical/surgical distribution channels and the GPO landscape.
