Job Description Summary:

HR Business Partner (30%):

•    Organizational Development: Support the People & Culture Director and collaborate with functional and departmental leaders to define and implement people strategies, including the Integrated People Plan and organizational design, to address current and future business needs. Identify capability gaps, develop tailored business solutions, and drive sustainable outcomes through strategic initiatives and effective change management.

•    Engagement and Culture: Support functional/department heads in deploying employee engagement and recognition programs to build a winning culture aligned with business goals. Drive survey initiatives, including communication, data analysis, diagnosis, focus group facilitation, and action planning. Co-lead employee relations, welfare, communication, and engagement initiatives to foster and sustain a strong organizational culture.

Talent Acquisition & Staffing (30%): 

•    Define and implement effective sourcing strategies by collaborating with hiring managers and utilizing various channels. Provide strategic HR insights to ensure alignment with organizational goals and support informed decision-making throughout the hiring process. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for positions at CPS job framework, including pre-screening, testing, interviewing, salary recommendation, and offer preparation. 

•    Manage scheduling, logistics, and candidate integration, including new hire documentation, enrollment, and onboarding. Handle probation management, coordinate outsourcing and contract staff movements, and administer internship programs as needed. Oversee exit procedures and prepare monthly Talent Acquisition, headcount, and overtime reports for the Plant Leadership Team.

HR Programs/Processes to ensure 100% compliance (40%): 

•    Collaborate with People & Culture Director to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with KORE, ISO certifications, local regulations, and corporate standards. 

•    Oversee the timely execution of the Total Rewards Program and coordinate with HR GBS and COEs to ensure seamless delivery of HR services, including payroll, compensation, and benefits administration. 

•    Maintain compliance of personnel records, ensure adherence to the Workplace Rights Policy, and address gaps through action plans. Support people managers with legal compliance, employee relations, and timely resolution of labor issues. Manage statutory reports, HR documentation, and engage with external stakeholders such as industry, community, and government agencies as needed.
