As a Senior Consultant – HR Talent Development, you’ll share your expertise and lead the development and implementation of practices, initiatives and engagements that enhance Capital’s unique culture and drive the growth and development of internal talent. You will work closely with HR and business leaders to identify talent development needs and design innovative learning solutions. Your expertise in talent management and ability to collaborate with a global mindset will be crucial in driving the growth and advancement of our associates and leaders.

You will optimize teams by assessing, designing, and facilitating a wide range of team development workshops and trainings, including psychometrics and engaging with a community of practice. You will consult with internal clients on challenges and opportunities, skillfully facilitating the work through discrete stages of analysis, decision-making and action-taking.

To thrive in this role, you take ownership by proactively monitoring the impact of talent experiences, make data-driven recommendations for improvement and kead efforts to implement continuous improvement.

  • You have experience in Talent Development and Human Resources, Group Facilitation or Training
  • You’ve worked across large, highly matrixed environments to plan, execute, and communicate measurable impacts in corporate culture and talent development efforts.
  • You’ve led large-scale complex projects and are familiar with project life cycles. Your resilience has helped when enlisting the help of others, sifting through large data sets, identifying critical paths and risks, and aligning stakeholders with strategic objectives.
  • You have experience facilitating structured and unstructured trainings, workshops and conversations across a variety of audiences.
  • You are a skilled communicator and have demonstrated an ability to engage senior leaders. You’ve built strong relationships to help build positive partnerships, champion initiatives, provide feedback, and influence change.
  • You consider long-term impacts and make a personal commitment to exploring diverse perspectives and dissenting viewpoints. You value differences, seek diverse input, empower others to make decisions, and create a positive environment for risk-taking and development.
  • You’ve worked on high-performing teams and have the confidence and courage to add value.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
