What You’ll Bring
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Programming, Natural Sciences, or related field. Or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of professional GIS experience, ideally in an environmental context.
Proficiency with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and Web App Builder.
Experience designing and deploying ArcGIS Online web maps and custom web apps.
Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics in deliverables.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and resourceful with a problem-solving mindset.

Preferred
Advanced degree or GIS/database certifications.
Familiarity with environmental databases (e.g., EarthSoft’s EQuIS).
Advanced data management skills, including SQL enterprise geodatabases.
Experience creating Python geoprocessing tools for ArcGIS Pro.
Expertise with Esri mobile apps (Collector, Survey123, Field Maps, Dashboard).
Knowledge of soil/groundwater data interpretation and remediation design concepts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain geospatial data, maps, and web-based applications.
Publish and manage ArcGIS web services integrated with environmental databases.
Organize and manage project data following industry best practices.
Automate GIS workflows to improve efficiency and maintain data quality.
Explore and implement new technologies to enhance digital capabilities.
Collaborate with scientists and GIS specialists on diverse projects, adapting to evolving client needs.
