How will you shape the future of A.P. Moller-Maersk? 

As a Consultant, you will play an integral role in projects across A.P. Moller-Maersk globally, being responsible for your own workstreams with guidance and support from your team members. 
 
You will be exposed to senior stakeholders, focused on transforming and disrupting our business from within. 
 
Your flexibility in revisiting your approaches and your motivation for developing your qualifications empowers you to grow personally and professionally and take on additional ownership. 

Who are you? 

We are looking for recent graduates, professionals with experience from non-consulting roles, or candidates with up to two years in top-tier management consulting. We are looking for people with a strategic mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for critical thinking, while working on strategic challenges across A.P. Moller-Maersk. You are comfortable working in a hypothesis-driven environment and able to creatively ideate and effectively conduct analyses. 

You are eager to learn new things through active listening and have an inherent motivation to grow personally and professionally. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are able to communicate effectively across our entire organization.
