You will manage outside contractors as you build homes utilizing the best systems and newest technologies. You will be a crucial team member as you enhance and compliment other Pulte Homes professionals to continually improve our building processes.  

JOB SUMMARY:
The Construction/Field Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing key operational processes for the construction department field office.  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinates various processes such as PNTP and NTP start processes, progress reports, building permits, utility connections and disconnects, and records and monitors city inspections.
- Processes daily change alerts, performs system overrides and distributes information to field staff and trade contractors. Corresponds with field superintendents and trade contractors with questions regarding starts and change alerts.
- Maintain unit and LOT files with pertinent completion and operations information. Assists Contract Coordinators with the processing and researching of invoices. Verify information from information database to field. Distribution of all field information as needed. Research and resolve problems between contractors, field personnel, Design Center and Construction Operations regarding information database and support paperwork.
- Responsible for tracking and reporting all Pre-Key and key orientation write ups.

- Coordinates various processes such as: assisting the Permit Coordinators with building permits, utility payments, NOC recording, monitors city inspections and tracking of Certificate of Occupancy issuance.
- Corresponds with field superintendents and trade contractors with questions regarding status of permits, reinspection fee payments, etc.
- Distribution of all permit information to the field, as needed. Coordination of Courier Services to all Central Florida communities
- Processing and coding of Permitting Department invoices related to reprographic fees, courier services and engineering fees.

- Misc administrative support to the Permitting and Construction Departments.
