What You’ll Do
- Provide Senior Strategic Support: Offer expert management and technical guidance to on-site US project teams, ensuring rigorous project management complements on-the-ground execution.
- Drive Financial Management: Lead efforts in budget leveling, cost control, and detailed financial due diligence across all construction projects.
- Conduct Technical Document Review: Thoroughly analyze and review complex construction documents, managing the entire documentation lifecycle from due diligence through project completion.
- Develop and Optimize Processes: Analyze the entire project spectrum, leveraging your construction knowledge to design and implement improved internal processes, scheduling protocols, and data labeling standards.
- Manage External Stakeholder Relationships: Directly engage with external parties, including contractors, vendors, and partners, maintaining crucial relationships and upholding company accountability.
What We’re Looking For
- 7–10 Years of Experience: A minimum of seven (7) to ten (10) years of relevant, hands-on experience specifically within a Construction Manager role,
- English Proficiency of C1
- Direct Construction Background: Proven experience derived from working directly in the field or in technical construction roles;
- Desirable US Market Expertise: Demonstrated, actual construction work experience within the United States market
- Sector Blend: Experience preferably includes time spent on the Owner-side, though a mix of Owner-side and Contractor-side experience is highly valued
- Software Proficiency: Required expertise in key construction software, including Bluebeam and other industry-standard tools for scheduling, budgeting, and cost management.

This role is based in our Bogota office. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we’re in the marketplace of ideas and innovation.
