What you’ll be doing;
Managing 5-15 direct reports and 10-30 indirect reports across 50-100 opportunities per year with £50m annual revenue conversion and £3M P&L responsibility
Delivering construction and commissioning phases of IWE energy projects safely, on-time, within budget, and to design/quality specifications with minimal customer and operations disruption
Providing subject matter expert advice on CDM and BSA compliance, DfMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly)
Conducting monthly tactical and annual strategic resource planning, balancing permanent and contingent workers, and recruiting to fill gaps and support business growth
Developing construction strategies, procurement and contracting strategies with Supply Chain and Legal teams, and maintaining strategic relationships with key supply chain partners
What we're looking for;
Degree level qualification or equivalent in relevant construction or engineering discipline and formal qualification in Construction Site Management
Experience of leading direct reports to ensure high performing Construction Management Team
Experience of business development to maintain Customer Focus
Advanced level skills in Business Acumen, Financial Management, Project Management, and Relationship Management
