The Position

The Connection Partner has the mission of providing memorable experiences to our clients through connections within the ecosystem and the entire organization. They advise and provide support to the team to achieve their results as the first point of contact of the ecosystem, complying with the organization's policies.

Expertise and Capabilities:

1. Ability to listen and communicate to the team, expertise on organizing complex agendas and multiple topics, having internal and external customers as the main priority and acting as a bridge between functions to maximize collaboration.

2. Strong relationship and networking skills.

3. Strong customer centricity.

4. Coordinating logistics of external and internal activities, in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures and business needs.

5. Capable of handling complexity, prioritizing, and effectively performing in a changing environment.

6. Is proactive in looking for solutions and in suggesting improvements in processes towards enhanced efficiency.

7. Use predetermined corporate systems (RoME, CAMs, Concur, Contract Management, SAP).

8. Ability to handle financial information and pivot tables.

9. Ability to coordinate and communicate different projects, meetings and events.

Individual Accountabilities:

1. Provides administrative support to the Country Ecosystem Team.

2. Supports local tendering processes where applicable, in coordination with Regional Tender Manager.

3. Vendor/distributor management to ensure required services are provided (HCP, HCO and other service providers)

4. Provides support with the management of service providers- registration in the system, request for quotation, creation of purchase order, requesting invoices, following up until payment. Liaises with the Purchasing Department as needed.

5. Manage and safeguard the relevant documentation of the area, ecosystem and/or squad.

6. Attend the respective audits of each process (events, GSD)

7. Manages administrative budget of the area. Liaises with Finance as needed for reporting and performance regarding budget execution.

8. Coordinate all internal and external events of the ecosystem, squad or department (travel, logistics, budget, contracts, continuing medical education support)

9. Manage requests for donations and sponsorships (registration, payments, documentation, Compliance)

10.Manage invoices for payment to suppliers and internal and ensure control support

11.Supports Ecosystem Leaders with special requirements.

12.First point of contact for the different areas (P&C, IT, T&E, Finance)

Requirements:

● Planning, Organization and Prioritization skills.

● Digital Platforms usage experience

● Analytical skills and data management.

● University degree in Administration or related career.

● Bilingual Spanish-English desirable

● 3 years experience on similar areas
