Job Description:

Students pursuing a Bachelor degree in :Administration, Finance, or Engineering. Assists in various tasks aligned with their field of study, including research, collaboration on team initiatives and projects, problem-solving, and creative thinking to gain hands-on experience and develop professional skills. Includes internships, research roles, visiting scholar positions, or other program-related opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Real Impact: Support the end-to-end CPQ Quoting process for the AMS region, ensuring smooth and accurate pricing operations.
  • Be a Connector: Work closely with Deal Desk, Business Units, and Product Owners to gather approvals and critical information, helping move deals forward.
  • Take Ownership: Manage your assigned cases from start to finish — track issues, analyze fallout, and collaborate with IT and other teams to resolve challenges.
  • Innovate & Improve: Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and enhance our quoting process. Your ideas will help shape how we operate.
  • Grow Expertise: Become a subject matter expert in your tasks, delivering high-quality work that meets audit standards and builds your professional skills.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a strong, supportive, and inclusive team culture.

Education:

Who We’re Looking For:

Students pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance.

Advanced English skills (written and verbal).

Tools & Skills You’ll Use:

Excel (advanced) – you like working with numbers and data.

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

Great time management and organization.

Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly.
