Job Title: Configuration Management Specialist II
Location: Qatar
Clearance Level: Active DoD - Secret
Required Certification(s):
· Associates degree in Computer Science or related field; or
· 4+ years of configuration management experience in a like size organization; or
· Configuration Management II (CMII) Basics Certification or
· equivalent certification
SUMMARY
Coordinate and administer all Configuration Management activities. Formulate procedures for and execute the introduction of changes to engineering documents. Oversee the review of released engineering change data and change documentation activities to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Demonstrated skill with Visio (Network diagram, system diagram, floor plans and build envelope)
· Experience with Inventory management (Hardware and software)
· Demonstrated experience in writing documentation
· Basic understanding of IT system and system configuration
· Basic understanding of projects and project management

WORKING CONDITIONS
Environmental Conditions
· Contractor site with 0%-10% travel possible. Possible off-hours work to support releases and outages. General office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are not hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
Strength Demands
