About the role / 役割概要
Respond to a wide variety of guest requests with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism. Assess guest needs accurately, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure maximum guest satisfaction while upholding Four Seasons standards.

What you will do / 主な業務内容
- Handle all guest interactions with professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
/ ゲスト対応全般をプロ意識をもって行い、可能な限り特別リクエストに応える。 - Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, hours of operation, local attractions, directions, and events.
/ 館内サービス、営業時間、周辺施設、観光案内、道案内、イベント情報などを正確に提供する。 - Process incoming/outgoing packages, mail, messages, and faxes in a timely and accurate manner.
/ 荷物・郵便物・メッセージ・FAXなどの受け渡しを正確かつ迅速に行う。 - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of restaurants, museums, theater, attractions, transportation, and city activities; build strong relationships with local vendors.
/ レストラン、観光スポット、劇場、イベント、交通機関などの最新情報を把握し、外部ベンダーとのリレーションを構築する。 - Utilize Golden and internal systems to optimize guest recognition and satisfaction.

What you bring / 応募要件・求める人物像
- High school education or equivalent experience
/ 高校卒業または同等の経験 - 1–2 years of experience in a luxury hospitality environment preferred
/ ラグジュアリーホテルでの1〜2年以上の経験があれば尚可 - Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills
/ 高いコミュニケーション力・対人能力 - Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
/ マルチタスク能力と整理された業務遂行能力 - Excellent problem‑solving and guest‑service mindset
/ 優れた問題解決能力とゲスト志向 - Working knowledge of hotel systems (Opera, Microsoft Office, HotSos etc.)
/ Opera・MS Office・HotSos などのホテルシステム操作経験 - Ability to operate office equipment (fax, scanner, copier, etc.)
/ ファックス、スキャナー、コピー機などの操作能力 - Ability to read, write, and speak English and Japanese (other languages a plus)
/ 英語・日本語での読み書き・会話能力(他言語ができれば尚可) - Flexible schedule to meet operational demands

Schedule & Hours / 勤務時間・スケジュール
- Full‑time schedule based on Front Office operations
/ フルタイム、フロントオフィスのオペレーションに基づく勤務 - Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts included; shift times may vary
/ 早番・中番・遅番などのシフト勤務(時間帯は変動あり) - Generally no overnight shifts, but may occasionally be required
