Job Summary
We are looking for a Compliance Specialist to join our team and ensure that our organization is following all regulations, laws, and policies. Compliance Specialist responsibilities include delivering employee training, evaluating compliance activities, and acting as a liaison between the organization and various government agencies. Ultimately, you will work with different departments within our organization to ensure we meet all policies and laws that are required.
Position Responsibilities:
Monitor, audit and evaluate records and documents to ensure they are maintained according to supply chain best practices, government regulations, and relevant policies and procedures
Perform regular internal audits to assess compliance levels and document findings
Identify gaps in compliance and recommend corrective actions
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure accuracy
Support USG (DCMA, DCAA, etc.) RFIs/inquiries related to procurement documentation and/or processes
Provide support for external audits (CPSR, AS910, DCAA, etc.)
Review templates and other tools to ensure they support and promote compliant purchasing and supply chain actions
Review procedures and provide recommendations for process improvement
Develop and implement compliance training for staff
Consulting with the legal department and advising leadership and management on compliance matters
Provide regular updates on compliance requirements and collaborate with departments to ensure cross functional compliance
Stay abreast of relevant industry regulations and changes
Establish measurable KPI’s to assess the success of compliance initiatives
Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree
Strong written and spoken communication skills.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
Experience with FAR, DFARS, government contracting and cost principles.
Able to communicate changing priorities effectively

Summary Pay Range:
Level 2: $64,600 - $95,000
Level 3: $79,900 - $117,500
