Job Description
The person needs to work on new account set up in compliance system for North America region.Primary Purpose of the Job
The Team Leader – Compliance Training is responsible for leading the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of compliance training programs for employees and associates. This role combines deep instructional design expertise with people leadership, ensuring high-quality, regulator-ready training solutions while providing guidance and support to a team member. The role owns overall training implementation activities, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
1. Instructional Design & Training Development (60%)
Lead the design, development, and launch of compliance training programs using Articulate Storyline, Articulate Studio, Adobe Captivate, and other approved tools.
Apply the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) to ensure training effectiveness and alignment with regulatory and business objectives.
Ensure instructional quality, learner engagement, accessibility, and consistency across all training materials.
Review content with business SMEs and incorporate feedback in a timely manner.
Maintain and update training content in learning and knowledge management systems.
2. Training Implementation & Delivery Management (15%)
Own end-to-end implementation activities, including training launch, learner assignment, tracking, auditing, and reporting through LMS and related tools.
Ensure trainings are delivered within agreed timelines and meet internal compliance and regulatory standards.
Monitor completion metrics, effectiveness data, and audit readiness; escalate risks or delays proactively.
Manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously while adapting to changing regulatory or business priorities.
3. Team Leadership & Support (15%)
Act as team leader for the Compliance Training function, providing day-to-day guidance, coaching, and support the team member.
Review team member deliverables, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.
Support skill development in instructional design tools, compliance concepts, and implementation processes.
Serve as the primary point of accountability for team outputs and delivery commitments.
4. Stakeholder & SME Partnership (10%)
Partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and business stakeholders to understand regulatory requirements and training needs.
Coordinate with subject matter experts for content validation and training delivery readiness.
Leverage best practices and existing resources across the organization to optimize training approaches.
5. Regulatory & Audit Support (5–10%)
Respond to regulatory or audit requests related to training programs.
Gather, validate, and provide training documentation, reports, and evidence in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure training processes and records are audit-ready at all times.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical & Functional Skills
Strong expertise in instructional design
Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline, Articulate Studio, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms.
Solid understanding of compliance training, regulatory expectations, and audit requirements.
Strong project and implementation management skills.
Leadership & Behavioral Skills
Proven ability to lead, coach, and support team members.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and accountability.
Education & Experience (Indicative)
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business, or a related field.
7–10 years of experience in instructional design or compliance training.
Prior experience in a lead or senior role managing training implementation and supporting junior team members preferred
