Primary Responsibilities

  • Working with the International CCR and Global CCR, advise on the new CCR systems workflow design to aid the development of the Business Requirement Document (BRD).  The new CCR system will support timely and accurate conflict clearance, deal management, and information barrier controls, enhancing service delivery to business lines
  • Work with stakeholders to document and communicate workflow processes, ensuring clarity and compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure solutions meet diverse business needs.
  • Identify further opportunities for process improvement and automation within CCR operations.
  • Provide advice to help the Bank align with international standards, industry practice and regulatory requirements.

Qualification & Experience

  • Degree holder
  • 10-15 years within Compliance Control Room
  • Proven experience in CCR operations and advisory
  • Experience in CCR workflow/process design.
  • Stakeholder management skills, especially in international or global contexts.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
