Support Center - Irving
Under the direction of the Director of Compensation, this position is responsible for managing the administration, planning and execution of company compensation programs and processes. Responsibilities will also include the development of processes and tools that support compensation compliance, merit and bonus programs, job evaluation and talent management processes.
Annual Merit and Bonus Programs
- Manage the administration, planning, and execution of the company annual merit increase and bonus programs.
- Lead the financial modeling and creation of new company bonus programs including documentation, communication, forecasting, accrual, and reporting.
- Provide supportive analysis of metric performance and partner with Finance and Accounting on deliverables.
Compensation Processes, Tools, Compliance and Solutions
- Develop compensation solutions that support the business needs and pay philosophy of the company.
- Design processes, procedures and tools that support and improve position management, compensation change and talent management processes.
- Keep apprised of federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
- Develop techniques for compiling, preparing and presenting data.
- Lead compensation related special projects as needed.
Compensation Structure Design, Job Evaluation and Business Partner
- Manage the job evaluation and pay grade levelling process for the company, ensuring the consistent valuation of key job attributes, FLSA exemption status and integration of market data.
- Lead development and annual review of compensation structure and pay ranges to ensure equitable and competitive compensation.
- Provide guidance to HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition partners on pay decisions, policy and pay range interpretation as needed.
- Manage participation in salary surveys and analyze results in order to assess competitiveness of total compensation and market trends

Minimum Education
- BS/BA degree in a related discipline

- Workday proficiency
- Microsoft Excel advanced
Minimum Type of Experience the Job Requires
- 10 years Compensation experience
- 5 years financial modeling experience
