About the Department/ Team:

Human Resources plays a critical role in enabling firm-wide strategic initiatives by cultivating an environment where talented people thrive. Our Compensation team designs and administers competitive, equitable, and market-aligned pay programs that drive engagement and retention. We partner with leaders to ensure compensation practices support business goals while promoting fairness, transparency, and compliance.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Compensation Manager to support the design, analysis, and financial management of compensation and incentive programs across the organization. This role is well suited for a compensation professional or finance-oriented candidate who brings strong analytical skills and is interested in applying financial rigor to compensation decision-making. The role maintains a core compensation focus while incorporating financial modeling, bonus projections, and scenario analysis to support annual cycles and ongoing business needs. You will partner with Finance and HR colleagues to ensure compensation programs are competitive, well-governed, and financially sound.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Support the design, administration, and ongoing evaluation of base salary and incentive compensation programs

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support annual bonus planning, including payout projections under multiple performance scenarios

  • Partner with Finance on compensation-related forecasting, budgeting, and bonus accruals

  • Analyze compensation outcomes to assess alignment with performance, market positioning, and cost expectations

  • Provide analytical support for offers, promotions, and retention decisions, including cost and competitiveness assessments

  • Participate in market pricing and survey analysis to inform pay decisions and program design

  • Prepare clear, data-driven materials for senior leaders that translate analysis into actionable insights

  • Ensure compensation programs and decisions adhere to governance standards, policies, and regulatory requirements

Requirements of the Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field

  • 5–8+ years of experience in compensation, finance, FP&A, or a related analytical role

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including experience with projections and scenario analysis

  • Advanced Excel capabilities and comfort working with complex datasets

  • Ability to partner effectively across Compensation, HR, and Finance functions

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial and compensation concepts clearly
