WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead and execute a regional sales strategy focused on market share growth in our largest branch in Canada, focused on new customer acquisition, and retention
Responsible for managing full branch P&L accountability, driving revenue growth and operational efficiencies
You will inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Field Sales Consultants, Equipment Sales Specialists, Inside Sales, and Branch leaders
Partner cross-functionally with Technical Services, Equipment & Technology, Multi-Site, and HR teams to deliver integrated solutions
Drive a busy, strong performance-driven culture aligned to Henry Schein Values
Drive consultative selling approaches, strengthening customer relationships and delivering full-service solutions
Lead talent planning, recruitment, and succession development to build bench strength across the region
Oversee branch operations, including inventory, DSO, expenses, and overall operational excellence
Leverage tools like Salesforce, dashboards, and scorecards to track performance and drive business insights
WHAT YOU BRING
Strong leadership capability with a track record of of progressive leadership roles: coaching, developing, and motivating teams
Experience in consultative selling and customer relationship management
Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
Strong business acumen with expertise in sales strategy, forecasting, and operational management
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven decision making
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Dental or healthcare related industry experience is required
