We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compensation Intern to join our Total Rewards team for the summer. This role is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in HR, data analysis, and organizational design to gain hands-on experience supporting a global compensation function.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will contribute to key compensation projects and learn how organizations structure and manage job and pay frameworks. A major focus of this internship will be assisting with the development and implementation of a company-wide job architecture, including job families, levels, and career pathways. Responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting the design and documentation of job families, roles, and leveling criteria

  • Conducting market research and benchmarking to inform compensation recommendations

  • Assisting with data organization, analysis, and validation to support job architecture decisions

  • Helping prepare materials and visuals that communicate framework changes to HR and business leaders

  • Participating in audits of job data and job descriptions to ensure consistency and accuracy

  • Partnering with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to gather input on roles and functional structures

  • Supporting additional compensation projects, such as market pricing, pay analysis, or program updates

What You’ll Bring

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data in Excel or similar tools

  • Curiosity about compensation, organizational structure, and HR operations

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively

  • High attention to detail and willingness to learn
