As a Compensation & Benefits specialist, you will provides expert guidance and consultative support to managers and employees on compensation, benefits, rewards, internal mobility programs. This role builds the relevant policies, advises on market competitiveness, and builds the total rewards programs. While this role does not require people management skills, it might train the more junior roles. This role directly impacts employee motivation, career growth, and retention. Requires advisory and influencing skills; strong understanding of job evaluation, career frameworks, and mobility programs; ability to interpret benchmarking data/ mobility trends / HR risks; clear communication at executive level; knowledge of labor law and compliance.
