Position Purpose
Design, implement, and continuously evaluate India’s compensation and benefits programs—including salary structures, variable pay, health and welfare benefits, and retirement plans. Ensure compliance with local laws and alignment with business objectives. Manage annual C&B budget and champion HR technology platforms (Workday®, KRONOS, HRGo, ADP, etc.). Reports to Head of HR – Asia, with functional alignment to Global C&B (France).

Qualifications/Requirements
Education: MBA HR / Post Graduate in HR
Experience: 12 - 15 Years of relevant experience in a medium to high-volume manufacturing environment in an MNC will be preferred.
Business Trips (Percentage): 15% – 20%
