This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a  Compensation Analyst

The Compensation Analyst will perform staff support activities to develop, implement and administer Global, Regional and Local compensation policies and programs. 

  • Business Delivery. 

    • Provides professional staff support to develop, implement, and administer Global, Regional, and Local compensation policies and programs.

    • Applies established compensation policies, job architecture, and governance standards to business requests.

  • Analysis and Recommendation. 

    • Analyzes requests for new or revised job classifications to determine appropriate job profile, job level, and salary grade placement.

    • Develops data-driven recommendations related to salary structures, pay group exceptions, job revisions, and organizational changes within policy guidelines.

    • Analyzes existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation and recommends compliant courses of action.

    • Prepares analytical materials and special studies on topics such as benefits enhancements, incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation, or equity programs.

  • Collaboration and Communication. 

    • Partners with HR, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver compensation solutions aligned with business needs and policy intent.

    • Communicates analysis and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and supports consistent application of compensation practices.

  • Administration and Organization. 

    • Supports administration of domestic and/or international compensation programs with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.

    • Maintains documentation and reporting in line with internal controls and governance requirements.

To succeed in this role you must have the following:

  • 2-3  Years experience in Compensation or Total Rewards

  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market analysis, job evaluation, and pay structures

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google sheets; experience in HR systems such as Workday, UKG, Pave

Desired Qualifications:

  • College Graduate. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics or related field 

  • Collaboration and Communication. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong facilitation skills and ability to support moderately complex projects with multiple partners in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and influencing skills

  • Analytical Skills. Analytical and consultative, with a high level of attention to detail 

  • Project Management Skills. Strong organizational and project management skills with a sense of urgency for meeting commitments and completing assignments. 

  • Highest level of integrity and management of confidential information. Must be able to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all time

  • Night Shift schedule. Willing to work on night shift from 12mn to 9am MNL, Tuesday to Saturday

  • Hybrid Work set-up. Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)
