Redwood Credit Union is seeking a motivated Community Programs & Grants Intern in their Junior or Senior year in college. This position supports Redwood Credit Union’s community investment work by helping the team review grant reports, organize outcome and impact data, and capture insights that inform grantmaking decisions and storytelling. This includes assisting with building simple dashboards and comparison tools, coordinating partner and Business Review Meetings, and preparing clear internal summaries for internal reports.
The role is a great fit for a detail-oriented student who enjoys working with data, writing, and community-focused programs.
Internship Details
- This position is for a full-time, seasonal internship – 40 hours per week.
- This internship will begin on, June 8, 2026, and end on August 14, 2026 (end date can be modified based on fall college schedule).
- Ability to provide a recent transcript will be required during the interview process.
- This position is not eligible for benefits other than what’s required by law.

Requirements
- Strong writing and communication skills (clear, concise summaries).
- Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Basic research and analytical skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and use good judgment when handling sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Interest in (or exposure to) nonprofit or community-based organizations through coursework, volunteering, or work experience.
- Basic project coordination experience (class projects, campus organizations, volunteering, or prior internships).
- Interest in philanthropy, community engagement and social impact.
- Ability and desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be a Junior or Senior in college with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA.
Compensation
$23.00/hourly
