How you’ll make an impact 

Use your experience in community investment, administration and coordination to support the delivery of Community Investment initiatives. Manage key budget elements and coordinate program activities that build strong community relationships and advance FCC ESG goals. 

As a Community Investment Coordinator, you’ll use your communication and relationship-building skills to provide day-to-day execution support across Community Investment funds and programs, coordinating partner and internal workflows and ensuring accurate, timely processing and reporting. If you’re organized, detail-oriented and motivated to support communities and charitable partners across Canada, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to make an impact. 

What you’ll do 

  • Coordinate community partner outreach and relationships, including agreements, recognition and reporting for programs such as Drive Away Hunger. 

  • Support delivery of community investment funds and programs by monitoring and triaging inquiries and coordinating employee engagement and volunteer initiatives 

  • Help administer the FCC Customer Crisis Fund by reviewing and approving requests, tracking budgets, liaising with employees, and recommending guideline updates 

  • Coordinate community investment project execution and closeouts by supporting consultants; managing correspondence; and tracking due diligence, contracts, payments and signage. 

  • Provide technical and administrative support, including preparing budget submissions, forecasting and reporting on expenses, coordinating corporate, board and quarterly reporting and maintaining accurate program and expenditure records 

 

What you’ll bring to the team 

Required qualifications: 

  • Diploma in administration, public relations or marketing 

  • Three to five years of related experience in administration, community investment, project co-ordination or a similar field. 

  • Strong administrative, project management and planning skills with a high attention to detail 

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and an understanding of broader business processes 

  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and experience preparing budgets, forecasts and reports 

  • Strong bilingual communication skills in both official languages (English and French) 

 

Preferred qualifications: 

  • Experience working with charities, non-profit organizations or community partners 

  • Experience supporting employee volunteer or corporate giving programs
