Communications Senior Specialist – Latin America (LATAM) Regional Performance supports the execution and delivery of BMEC priorities across the LATAM region. Reporting to the Communications Senior Manager – Americas Regional Performance, this role ensures alignment, localization, and activation of global and regional strategies while partnering closely with country teams, commercial stakeholders, and global Centers of Excellence.
You will play a key role in driving integrated communications, supporting regional performance processes, enabling employee engagement, and ensuring consistent, stakeholder‑focused messaging that strengthens business growth across LATAM.
As a Communications Senior Specialist – Latin America (LATAM) Regional Performance, you will be responsible for:
Regional Know‑How & Acumen
• Supporting the execution of regional marketing and communications plans aligned with LATAM commercial and growth priorities.
• Acting as a day‑to‑day communications partner to regional and country stakeholders, ensuring alignment and delivery across priority markets.
• Coordinating with the regional performance team to support planning, execution, and reporting processes.
• Partnering with GAPP to align strategic messaging, support policy positions, and ensure consistent stakeholder‑focused communications that enable business growth.
Strategy Activation & Localization
• Supporting the rollout and activation of global and segment campaigns, ensuring relevance, localization, and timely delivery at regional and market levels.
• Coordinating the development and deployment of content across owned, earned, and internal channels in partnership with CoE teams.
• Supporting the execution of product and solutions launches in LATAM, working closely with segment, marketing, and commercial teams.
• Ensuring launch materials, messaging, and channels align with regional customer needs and brand standards.
• Executing employee communications and engagement initiatives across LATAM in collaboration with internal communications teams.
• Supporting regional change, leadership, and engagement campaigns to strengthen employee understanding and connection.
• Leading country crisis communications—particularly those related to geopolitical developments or natural disasters affecting employees and business continuity—and supporting business crisis communications in collaboration with segment marcomms partners.
Executive Engagements & Events
• Supporting the planning and execution of regional customer events, industry events, and executive engagements in collaboration with the Events & Experience and Brand CoE teams.
• Coordinating communications materials, messaging, and amplification plans to ensure events deliver measurable stakeholder value.
Performance, Measurement & Continuous Improvement
• Tracking and reporting campaign and communications performance metrics at regional and market levels.
• Sharing insights, best practices, and learnings across LATAM markets.
• Extending support to the wider Americas region for tier‑1 activities requiring additional communications support.
To be successful in this role you will:
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, brand, or business.
• Bring ~5 years of experience in B2B marketing and/or communications, preferably in a global or regional role.
• Have experience in industrial, energy, technology, or complex B2B environments.
• Be fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese preferred).
• Be able to manage multiple priorities across markets and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong execution and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Understand integrated marketing, campaigns, and content activation.
• Collaborate effectively with regional teams and global CoE partners.
• Bring strong written and verbal communication skills.
