About The Role:
The Communication Supervisor is responsible for managing all operational communication between the Fulfillment team and internal/external stakeholders. This role ensures timely issue resolution, structured investigations, and alignment across departments to maintain operational excellence and SLA adherence. The supervisor will lead a team of 4 Communication Officers responsible for item-level investigations through system checks, camera reviews, email follow-ups, and physical stock verification.
