Shape the post-production for founder interviews, roundtables, and brand campaigns.
Use AI-powered tools (Vizard, Runway, Descript, OpusClip, etc.) to streamline clipping,
transcription, and rough cuts.
Maintain a consistent design aesthetic — typography, transitions, grading, and sound identity.
Collaborate with the Social Media Lead and brand team to evolve Razorpay’s visual language and content strategy.
Develop and maintain edit templates, LUTs, and motion packs for faster, scalable production.
Bring instinctive understanding of what works on social — pacing, hooks, humour, timing, and cultural tone.
Constantly test, learn, and innovate new formats based on audience response and platform shifts.
What You’ll Need
3-6 years of professional editing experience in brand, creator, or agency setups.
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
A reel that demonstrates short-form storytelling, rhythm, and taste — not just polish.
Experience using AI tools to accelerate workflows and generate first cuts.
Strong sense of design, typography, and sonic rhythm.
Deep curiosity for the creator economy, startup culture, and internet trends.
Ability to think beyond execution — understanding how editing drives emotion, brand voice, and reach.
