The following position is to join our RTX Corporate team:
This role is seeking Commodity Manager for Printed Circuit Boards, responsible for managing the strategy and executing agreements to secure advantageous positions for terms and pricing for these commodities exceeding $300M in annual spend. The candidate will be responsible for developing Commodity Strategies in collaboration with the Electronics Strategy Lead for PCBs that establish and maintain a supply base with the capabilities, capacity and performance needed to execute on Raytheon's significant growth over the next five years.
This position will focus on improving productivity by leveraging Raytheon's spend with Collins BU as part of OneRTX for Electronics and will be the primary driving force behind savings capture through executing advantageous contracts/LTAs/MTAs. This will require interactions across BUs, and across a wide variety of Raytheon programmatic and functional staff.
What You Will Do:
The position will be responsible for developing in and implementing approaches that secure favorable pricing and terms and will be the driving force behind savings capture.
The position will be responsible for the execution of agreements which set the terms for relationships with Assemblies.
The position will drive improving LTA/MTA coverage for our suppliers and RTX.
Owns and responsible for relationship with multiple strategic suppliers
Evaluates and selects supplier alignment based on price competitiveness, capability, quality, reliability (TCO)
Works with limited oversight from leadership
Manages several projects at one time with a variety of complexity
Clearly communicate commodity or project status to leadership
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years related experience or an advanced degree and minimum 5 years related experience.
Experience in the defense industry, FAR/DFAR compliance requirements and Raytheon systems and tools to document compliance.
Experience across the product lifecycle (e.g., capture, development, production, sustainment, performance based logistics), contract type (e.g., USG, DCS, FMS, FFP, Cost, etc.) is required.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Prior experience with Electronics
Prior experience with Printed Circuit Boards
Prior experience and leadership of other supply chain functional areas and/or Acquisition or Commodity experience would be highly desirable.
LTA/MTA documentation requirements in a prime defense contractor, negotiations experience, and prior experience with Electronic products and go-to-market approaches.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
