At our office in Skanderborg, Denmark, you will join our Core Technology Center and be part of the Membrane Filtration team. Here, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across our global organization, each contributing specialized expertise in filtration technologies.

Responsibilities / Tasks
As Commissioning Engineer, you are responsible for bringing membrane filtration systems safely and efficiently into operation at customer sites worldwide.
With approximately 100-150 travel days per year, this is a truly international role. You will oversee commissioning from pre-commissioning through optimisation to final handover, ensuring each system performs to the highest standards.
More specifically, you will:
- Execute on-site commissioning including FAT, SAT, optimisation, and performance validation
- Troubleshoot process, mechanical, and control-related issues and implement corrective actions
- Support installation and start-up activities together with project managers and automation engineers
- Train customer operators and maintenance staff in safe and efficient system operation
- Document commissioning activities and provide structured technical feedback for continuous improvement
Your Profile / Qualifications
With a practical and solution-oriented approach, you thrive in dynamic on-site environments where technical challenges require structured thinking and sound judgement. Your solid communication skills and your customer-focused mindset enable you to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Finally, we imagine that you:
Hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, dairy or process technology, or a similar technical field
Might have experience with membrane filtration technologies (UF/RO/NF/MF)
Have experience with commissioning, process optimisation, or industrial automation
Are able to interpret P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and control system logic
Are fluent in Danish and English
