A great opportunity has arisen to join the Asda Mobile team at Asda House. Asda Mobile operates our own mobile network, which plays a key role in the wider Asda growth strategy. The team manages the operational, financial and commercial foundations that support our mobile propositions and ensure a reliable customer experience. Reporting to the Commercial Proposition Manager, this role will focus on financial accuracy, operational delivery and strong supplier management. You will help protect performance through effective cost control, disciplined processes and well managed day to day operations across Asda Mobile.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Manage the D88 P&L, including forecasting, variance analysis, and accurate reporting.
Monitor cost drivers and identify opportunities to reduce cost and improve margin.
Manage SIM ordering and provisioning to maintain stock availability in line with demand.
Oversee the third-party SIM pack merchandiser and ensure stores receive timely replenishment.
Maintain and update contract information, summaries, and terms and conditions.
Raise and receipt purchase orders and ensure suppliers are paid on time.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation for propositions and operational processes.
Autonomy to develop cost efficiency initiatives and ensure delivery of agreed savings.
Identify operational and financial risks, implement mitigations, and ensure effective controls are in place.
