Rheingau-Taunus-Kreis, Idstein, Deutschland Full time

Role Overview

As Commercial Operations Business Partner (m/w/d), you will bridge the gap between data analytics and sales, acting as a strategic interface within our Commercial Operations team. Your mission is to translate insights from reporting and analytics into actionable recommendations for Sales, support key projects, and drive process innovation. • Lead the improvement and automation of external customer reporting
  • Collaborate with the Manager Commercial Operations to develop the team into business partners and value creators
  • Identify and unlock sales potential through data & analytics, challenge the status quo of existing PowerBI sales reporting, and optimize forecasting and key account planning
  • Enable the Sales team to focus on selling by reducing administrative workload through cross-functional process improvements and tool optimization
  • Contribute to the simplification and enhancement of pricing, discount, and condition models—internally and for customers
  • Challenge customer and sales hierarchies to simplify reporting and pricing
  • Support growth initiatives in Germany, especially for core brands DEWALT & STANLEY
  • Actively drive transformation and innovation in processes, with a strong customer focus
  • Live and promote SBD culture: reliability, accountability, commitment, and proactive change
  • Support and act as back-up for the Commercial Operations Manager in the monthly S&OP cycle and weekly Billing Calls, ensuring continuity and reliability in core operational processes.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis across all levels of the Sales organization (Sales Director, Regional Manager, Key Account Manager, Account Manager) to identify pain points and operational blocks.
  • Proactively work to eliminate obstacles that prevent Sales from spending more time with customers, thereby supporting our growth journey.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and processes, enabling Sales to focus on value-adding activities and customer engagement.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at freeing up resources and accelerating sales performance.
