Summary

This role is looking for a diligent and independent team member to liason with inter departments and manager to handle Order Fulfillment (customer sales order & incoming call queries, prepare quotation, order processing, delivery arrangement in a cost efficient and timely manner) and Distributors Management. The employee will provide necessary support to achieve customer satisfaction and meet or exceed financial performance objectives

ESSENTIAL ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Order Management

  • Maintain a proper & updated e-filing system with regards to orders/sales/customer references.
  • Sales coordination which includes and not restricted to updating reference installed base, dealer’s pending orders, delivery dates
  • Customer Relations Management which includes handling customer complaints, receivables, inquiries, short shipments, commission payable to dealers. Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution.
  • Managing end-users/dealers expectation of delivery dates against factory’s output dates
  • Handle from the placement of orders, refunds or warranty replacement through to shipment completion.

Coordinate & Order Management Planning

  • Conduct weekly conference calls or ad-hoc basic with HQ production planner to ensure timely delivery of finished orders, backlog issues and other essential commercial issue.
  • Assist in consolidating sales reports, order reports on weekly basis
  • Accountable for maintaining a tracking system in orders/sales to ensure the deliverables are in line with forecasted numbers

Distributor Management

  • Assist in Contract Management
  • Organize the distributors performance, sell in/out, purchase target and performance letter.

General Customer Support

  • Sales coordination which includes and not restricted to consolidate & preparation documents/ letter of authorization for the projects or tenders.
  • Follow up with HQ service team on any technical issue from dealers
  • Assist Area Managers in organizing of training/workshops, logistics and coordinating with hotels (inclusive of outside Singapore) for suitable sites, venues (if needed)-

WORK QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor Degree in in Business Administration
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience for customer service, and commercial / production operations is essential.
  • Experience in handling international logistics and shipping documents
  • Experience in Distributor Management
  • Proficient in the use of MS office application and knowledge of any MRP system is advantageous (preferably JDE/ SAP)
