商务运营专员负责协助供应链计划、物流执行、渠道库存管理及销售运营支持，为渠道业务提供及时的数据分析与流程协调，确保货品供应稳定、渠道运营顺畅以及业务目标达成。
Commercial Operation Specialist is responsible for assisting in supply chain planning, logistics execution, channel inventory management, and sales operation support. Providing timely data analysis and process coordination for channel business to ensure stable product supply, smooth channel operation, and the achievement of business goals.
（一）渠道运营相关 Channel Operations Related
渠道销售数据分析 Channel Sales Data Analysis
1.1负责收集、整理渠道销售数据。
Be responsible for collecting and organizing channel sales data.
1.2对渠道动销、库存周转、流向进行基础分析。
Conduct basic analysis on channel sales movement, inventory turnover and product flow.
促销及市场活动支持 Promotion & Marketing Activity Support
2.1协助渠道活动的物料准备、货品规划和执行跟踪。
Assist in material preparation, product planning and execution tracking for channel activities.
2.2 回收活动反馈，形成活动复盘材料。
Collect activity feedback and prepare activity review materials.
渠道订单及对账支持Channel Order & Reconciliation Support
跟进渠道订单处理、核对发货、协助对账。
Follow up on channel order processing, verify deliveries and assist in account reconciliation.
管理经销商基础资料与合同文件。
Manage basic distributor information and contract documents.
（二）流程协同与跨部门沟通 Process Coordination & Cross-Functional Communication
协助对接销售、市场、财务、物流等团队，确保信息流顺畅。
Assist in coordinating with sales, marketing, finance, logistics and other teams to ensure smooth information flow.
跟进供应链与渠道相关流程的异常情况并及时升级处理。
Follow up on exceptions in supply chain and channel-related processes and escalate them in a timely manner.
参与流程优化、系统操作培训及 SOP 制作。
Participate in process optimization, system operation training and SOP formulation.
（三）供应链管理相关 Supply Chain Management Related
需求与补货计划支持Demand & Replenishment Planning Support
1.1协助收集销售预测、渠道需求数据，参与制定补货计划。
Assist in collecting sales forecasts and channel demand data and participate in formulating replenishment plans.
跟进订单执行进度，与仓储、物流协调发运事宜。
Follow up on order execution progress and coordinate shipment with warehousing and logistics teams.
库存监控与分析 Inventory Monitoring & Analysis
2.1 监控渠道及仓库库存健康状况，识别滞销、缺货风险。
Monitor inventory health across channels and warehouses, identify risks of overstock and stockouts.
2.2 定期输出库存分析报表，提出优化建议。
Regularly generate inventory analysis reports and put forward optimization suggestions.
物流与配送协调 Logistics & Distribution Coordination
3.1 跟踪物流状态，处理异常配送、延误、退货等事项。
Track logistics status, handle abnormal deliveries, delays, returns and other issues.
3.2 协助提升物流 KPI，如准时率、运输成本等。
Assist in improving logistics KPIs, such as on-time delivery rate and transportation cost.
本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理、工商管理、统计学等相关专业优先。
Above bachelor’s degree, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Statistics and other related majors will be preferred.
At least 2 years of relevant job experience.
Relevant experience in supply chain, channel operation, order management or data analysis is preferred.
Proficient in using systems such as Excel, Power BI, SAP/ERP are preferred.
High data sensitivity, with good logical and analytical skills.
Good communication, coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong Meticulous at work and highly responsible.
Ability to withstand pressure and adapt to fast-paced business.
Have the awareness of continuous learning.
