Job Title: Commercial Officer - Submarines
Working location: This role can be based in Bristol, Barrow or Derby with travel
Grade: 8-9
We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Officer to join our Commercial function in the Dreadnought Alliance team.
This role is to provide Commercial support to the team lead on a day-to-day basis. The role includes undertaking business-as-usual contract management and commercial governance, as well as providing commercial input into senior meetings.
This role includes our industry partners' relationship and performance management.
Prior to formal establishment of the Submarine Production Alliance (SPA), and contractual agreement of the SPA Agreement (SPAA), the role will support the design and transition phase in delivering the SPAA and post-SPA Commercial function Operating Model. Specific activities to be agreed with the CC&E Commercial Head as SPA Commercial Workstream lead.
The role will support the smooth transition to the new SPA Operating Model, liaising with other SPA programme workstreams as required.
A formal Commercial delegation is not a requirement of this role.
This role will work alongside the Alliance reporting team, and the commercial team.
