About the job 

 

We are looking for a proficient Commercial Manager to lead customer relationships and support business opportunities. You will be directly responsible for servicing our existing client base.  

 

The ideal candidate will be experienced in collaborative sales, customer servicing, cross-department teamwork collaboration, and team leadership. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation, and a results-driven approach. 

 

You are also responsible for building a collaborative relationship with internal and external stakeholders to further compliment client servicing team’s efforts. You will learn about the client’s business and our own capability, and act as a trusted advisor to all interested decision makers. 

 

Job Goals 

 

  • Ensure client awareness and understanding of Panel&Data’s capability particularly in online panel services.  

  • Understand clients’ business needs 

  • Be consultative with clients to ensure the correct solutions being offered for different study needs/project issues. 

  • Responsible for client design, feasibility check, cost proposal, commissioning, projects issues solving, suppliers' management and invoicing.  

  • Manage the existing teammate (1 member) for Korea and eventually integrate members (2-3) into North Asia region (Korea + Japan) in 6-12 months’ time.    

 

 

Ideal Skills & Capabilities 

  

  • Familiar with online panel, market research, account management or internal sales for at least 3 years.  

  • You are able to understand client needs, and act as a trusted advisor to clients 

  • You are able to build rapport with both internal/external stakeholders to maintain a positive working relationship. 

  • You are an objective problem solver and hard working  

  • You are a team player and able to mentor juniors 

  • You are able to communicate/write well in both Korean and English
