About This Job
The Commercial Lending Operations Specialist is responsible for processing draw requests, coordinating required evaluations, and supporting collateral and operational activities within Commercial Lending Operations. This role will also assume select responsibilities transitioning from Portfolio Management.Responsibilities:
Process and review advances and draw requests for accuracy and compliance
Order and track Enterprise Evaluation (EV) Reports
Assist with UCC filings, continuations, amendments, and searches
Support PM tasks transitioning to CL Operations
Participate in process improvement projects and workflow enhancements
Collaborate with internal business units, including CRESL/PREF, RELF, and PFG
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year's experience in commercial lending operations or financial services preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Familiarity with Salesforce/nCino, JHA, UCC processes, or loan operations preferred
