The Commercial Installer supports commercial, and public works projects—performing physical labor, operating a variety of hand and power tools, and assisting with the installation of foundation support systems. In this role, you will:


Technical & Field Responsibilities

  • Learn and apply advanced beginner skills in installing push piers, helical piers, and polymer injection systems

  • Perform ram setup, pier advancement, and hydraulic control operations

  • Troubleshoot installation issues and follow all advanced safety procedures

  • Maintain equipment, and all job‑site tools

  • Prepare work sites, dig trenches, erect piers, and clean debris

  • Assist skilled craft workers and contribute to project efficiency

  • Travel up to 90% - primarily in the state of California

Operational & Safety Expectations

  • Conduct daily visual inspections and basic maintenance on company vehicles

  • Use all equipment safely while following company and OSHA standards

  • Present a professional appearance and deliver exceptional customer service

  • Work cohesively with your crew to complete jobs efficiently and safely

  • Physical flexibility and strength to bend, lift, stretch, and move throughout the day

Training & Experience

  • OSHA 10 required, we will provide the training and certification as needed

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required Strong communication skills, ability to motivate, and be a team player 

  • Experience leading and motivating crew members

  • Previous experience working in the construction or home services industry and/or trade work or general labor required, experience installing polymer leveling solutions and/or pier systems preferred

  • Basic construction or mechanical knowledge 

  • Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license

  • Enters crawl spaces and other confined areas 

Pay Transparency: base pay $22-28/hr.
