The Commercial Installer supports commercial, and public works projects—performing physical labor, operating a variety of hand and power tools, and assisting with the installation of foundation support systems. In this role, you will:
Technical & Field Responsibilities
Learn and apply advanced beginner skills in installing push piers, helical piers, and polymer injection systems
Perform ram setup, pier advancement, and hydraulic control operations
Troubleshoot installation issues and follow all advanced safety procedures
Maintain equipment, and all job‑site tools
Prepare work sites, dig trenches, erect piers, and clean debris
Assist skilled craft workers and contribute to project efficiency
Travel up to 90% - primarily in the state of California
Operational & Safety Expectations
Conduct daily visual inspections and basic maintenance on company vehicles
Use all equipment safely while following company and OSHA standards
Present a professional appearance and deliver exceptional customer service
Work cohesively with your crew to complete jobs efficiently and safely

Training & Experience
OSHA 10 required, we will provide the training and certification as needed
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required Strong communication skills, ability to motivate, and be a team player
Experience leading and motivating crew members
Previous experience working in the construction or home services industry and/or trade work or general labor required, experience installing polymer leveling solutions and/or pier systems preferred
Basic construction or mechanical knowledge
Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license
Enters crawl spaces and other confined areas
Pay Transparency: base pay $22-28/hr.
