About the role
The primary purpose of this role is to deliver commercial coordination and administrative support for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and efficient processes at the country level. You will collaborate closely with the Norwegian team as well as colleagues across other Nordic countries and functions.
This position requires independent judgment and discretion, with a strong focus on creating processes and identifying opportunities for improvement and simplification.
The role is part of the Norwegian commercial organization and reports directly to the Country Manager Norway. It is offered as a fixed-term maternity cover for 12 months, starting in March 2026.
Key responsibilities
Support shaping and executing local internal comms strategy via multi channels (townhalls, Viva Engage, Teams Channels, conference planning, CSR initiatives).
Process support, e.g. implementation of new ways of working, vendor management, coordination of data and operate as an expert in Tradesolution / GS1 / Farmalogg, support Digital Shelf Manager.
Office management support.
Administrative support for Country Manager (meetings, agenda management, market visits, coordination of communication with external/internal stakeholders).
Coordinative support for Key Account Managers, Sales Force Lead and Customer Marketing (campaign planning, logistics material and other).
Research and investigate information to enable strategic decision-making.
Coordinate with EHS Advisors, act as local EHS contact point to drive EHS initiatives, programs for local country.
Budget management.
Responsible for various translations. (Webpages, material or other.)
Qualifications and skills
Essential
Strong project and office management skills.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to create strong internal relationships across different functions and at all levels of the organization.
Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
Fluent in Norwegian and English.
Preferred
Experience as commercial assistant/executive assistant.
