At BeOne we say ‘’Cancer has no borders, neither do we’.  Procurement is the epitome of this, as we too have no borders, serving as a vital link between procurement, business units, and suppliers, ensuring optimal value delivery through category initiatives, strategic sourcing, and supplier engagement. The successful candidate will collaborate across functions to build trust and foster sustainable value for our patients while maintaining compliance and driving operational excellence.

Essential Functions of the job:

  • A professional who has +5 years of experience in project management, ideally change management.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for operations, category-related inquiries from stakeholders and suppliers.

  • Manage supplier relationships to enhance collaboration and drive value across the organization.

  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and legal requirements in all procurement activities.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for value creation within designated categories.

  • Provide strategic input into procurement practices, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Supervisory Responsibilities:  

  • Oversee sourcing and management of strategic categories, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.

  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to facilitate informed decision-making and enhance value delivery.

  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to optimize terms and align with company policies.

  • Collaborate critically with procurement and all functions to build trust and drive sustainable value for our patients.

  • Monitor and analyze local category performance, identifying opportunities for savings and process improvements.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support compliance and risk management practices related supplier initiatives.

  • This role does not have any direct reports; however, it requires a strong sense of collaboration and leadership to drive initiatives and facilitate change effectively.

Computer Skills:

PC literacy required; MSOffice skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong understanding of project management and stakeholder engagement.

  • Demonstrates analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities.

  • Proven capability to manage supplier relationships and achieve value creation.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and fast-paced environment.

Travel: up to 10-15% travel
