Job Description

Key responsibilities:

• Translate Business Planning and Analysis goals into actionable plans for the commercial organization.
• Partner with managers to support financial activities, decision making, and high-impact projects.
• Deliver accurate, compliant, timely analysis and performance reporting that informs leadership decisions.
• Monitor business performance and provide early warnings to guide resource reallocation.
• Safeguard data integrity and recommend actions to improve forecast accuracy.
• Streamline management reporting and implement lean, efficient processes across the commercial teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain for timely insights.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
• Proven experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong capability to lead indirectly and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to accuracy and compliance.
• Proficiency in English and Brazilian Portuguese.
• Ability to craft compelling narratives and communicate insights effectively.
